Decent Series

I love to listen to book series and this did not disappoint although it was not my favorite.
Worth the time and fun to listen to the series and see what transpires.

Way too long, narrator's voice grating

Predictable! Voice put me to sleep! I was a little confused in the beginning - too many characters. Won't lister to any by this author again.

Awesome!

I love how this author writes, she has you on edge through out the audible book. This series is a must have.

Too Dark, too much detail

Unfortunately I only got to chapter 4. Oh my goodness, too much detail on the serial killer and what he does to his victims. If you are the slightest bit quezzy, this book is not for you. Allison Brennan is a good writer, but this was too much violence for me. After listening to "North of Nowhere" this book was disappointing.

Very good story

Liked the story, the love portion was a little annoying after a while, but will read next book in series

Great listen

This was my first Allison Brennan book and it won't be my last! It held my attention and I felt compelled to find out what happened next. Only negative was the overly saccharine narrator.

Enjoyed the characters, twists, and story line. Trigger-warning if you have/had a narcissistic toxic extreme person in you life.

Loved how descriptive it was. The narration was spot on and the really fall in love or despise the characters. Looking forward to next book in series .

I would highly recommend this audio. The book is well written and the storyline just keep you wanting more.

Ann Marie Lee is amazing and compared to other narrators that I have listened she ranks up there! Her style and tone was well suited for this book and will be looking forward to hearing her doing other audios.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

What moved me in this audio is the strong main character Lucy and her ability to over come what had happend to her in her past.

This is my first read by this author and plan to buy more of her audios which I have done already. I look forward to more audios listening by Ann Marie Lee (Narrator) and books Allison Brennan.

Good story!

This book had a good story line and likable characters. I will definitely read the next book.
