Excellent Story

One of the better books of this genre that I've listened to. The story is suspenseful and works on many levels. Many twists and turns...no pun intended!
The narrator is good...my only complaint is that he makes the character of Weller sound like Putty from the Seinfeld show...very distracting!

9/10 Good story !

This was a decent book that I really enjoyed.I truly enjoyed the characters and the twists and turns along the way. Being a Y2K kid myself I couldn't help but to enjoy that nostalgia on top of the already good story. it was like it was written just for me. Wow what a surprise this book was and one of my top 10 for 2024!

I LOVED this book!

I just discovered this author, and this book is very good! It even has laugh-out loud humor in it, which isn't common in this type of genre.

Scary and superb

I am a huge King fan and while his style is different, it is so good! I love the story and how it unfolded. I highly recommend!

The Weller was great.

Nice mix of story. characters and suspense. I really enjoy books from this author. Can't wait for the next one.

if you are a fan of Dean Koontz then you will love this novel! I discovered Scott's books on a fluke, and what a happy accident. wonderful storytelling and character development. moments that will make you laugh and moments that will make you sad. Just brilliant and I hope his other works are just as good.

Good listen!!

I really enjoyed this book. It was a little strange toward the end but if you have an imagination as most readers have it’s not too bad. The narrator made this book even more enjoyable. I would recommend. It has very little foul language and no indecent parts.

Solid Coming of Age/Supernatural Story

I was a little skeptical at first, but the story picked up and got better as it went along. A very satisfying tale with a likeable, talented voice actor at the helm. Some great quotes sprinkled throughout and —as someone who came of age in the 90’s — it captured the period well. Well worth your time/purchase if you’re a fan of King-type fiction. “They can’t handle the Weller!”

Started this thinking it was a true story in Indiana. I experienced quite a ride for about half the book
