Like a middle school history class - boring
Estaba esperando un buen libro que cuente historias de Los Vascos, hable de su cultura, y que ilumine lo especial que es esta gente y el área donde viven.
En lugar, es un libro muy catedrático. Lleno de fechas y nombres, y con muy poca narrativa y cultura. Me recuerda los malos profesores de historia de la escuela. Es uno de esos autores que cree que entre más nombres y fechas exactas, más preciso es su libro.
La verdad no me interesa saber la fecha exacta de cada battalla, ni el nombre de los generales. A menos que sea en el contexto de una historia que explique la evolución de los pueblos, sus luchas, sus cualidades, etc.
Una pena.
