I had written a negative review ,but after listening some more I had to rewrite it
This book grew on me and I ended up listening 2 more times .
there are some good ideas here ,and the mood of the entire book is soothing and supportive
I would love to see the author try the reading again with better sound and an even voice .

Most self-help books tell authors how to improve, how to change, or how they haven't always been sucess. Laura however is the complete oposite. Laura is a powerful and inspirational storyteller that transports readers into searching for their inner voice to empower themselves and others.
