simplicity of how it is done

We all know what is happiness, that we want it and how we want it. But it is so easy to get lost in reaching this goal. This book - literally shows how easy and how multidimensional is happiness, and that there is no single way to achieve it for everyone. It indirectly guides You choosing Your form of happiness, finding way to achieve it, and inspiring to act.
Loved it, also reader has a delicate and pleasant voice and way to guide You through out the book.
