Lots of Homework
It might be helpful to have the books in addition to the audio as there's much self-reflection and homework suggested to benefit from the teachings. For those inclined, this is good material. I gave it 4 stars only because it leaves me wanting to edit some redundancies. The narration is excellent - 5 stars there.
