Publisher's Summary

Life after a felony is about breaking out of the pattern of recidivism. Recidivism refers to a person's relapse into criminal behavior, often after the person receives sanctions or undergoes intervention for a previous crime. Without applying a new way of thinking you might fall back into that same pattern. Recedemption is all about the creative ideas one could incorporate into a brand new life. The life you truly deserve. The life that was meant for you only. The beautiful story that God was thinking about when he thought of you.

When I was released from prison in 1997, it was only a matter of time before I was back in a cell and asking myself, "What the heck? How did I end up here again?" I was upset and frustrated. Most of all I was disappointed with myself. It wasn't until I began cultivating a new way of thinking that my feelings changed. It took some time, and didn't happen overnight. You can't go to the gym just one day and come out looking like the Incredible Hulk.

This book is filled with possibilities for new ways of thinking to help you break out of a pattern over the next 90 days.
