Publisher's summary

Less than Conventional is the third and final book in a contemporary rockstar reverse harem series from international best-selling author Hanleigh Bradley.

What is a girl to do when she's in love with four celebrities?

It might not be conventional, it might not even be normal, but it's exactly what Clover wants.

She refuses to choose. She doesn't want just one. She wants them all.

But when her parents and the band's fans find out about her unconventional relationship, what will she and her four celebrity boyfriends do?

Can their love win against the hate, or will it all fall apart?

Finally, Clover and her guys have that ending that they deserve. It hasn't been an easy road, but it was all worth it in the end.

Let down

The end of the Lust and Lyrics trilogy is a wonderful book for Clover and her harem of men. Nash, Rigby, Jet and Ziggy learned that being with Clover meant a fair amount of emotional sacrifice on their parts. There was no room for jealousy, although I have to admit that being privy to their inner jealous snits was giggle-inducing. When Clover's dream job was offered, they banded together to make sure she didn't pass up the opportunity. On the other hand, Creed's issues were hard to tolerate. I don't know how he turned so wimpy that he couldn't be honest with himself and straight with both Nona and Crimson. He let me down as he shoved a wedge between the two friends because he didn't man up and make up his mind. The rest of the story was enjoyable and left me with a big smile on my face. Susan Greenway did a wonderful job with the narration. She had a tough job doing so many male voices all the same age, same profession and all speaking at once, and she did it exceedingly well!

Book 3 - Lust and Lyrics

I think this is my favorite series by Bradley so far and while this is book 3 and I think this may be the end of the series I am still so thirty for more and have questions about how Creed is going to work things out for himself. I absolutely LOVE the narration. I could listen to Greenway read just about anything and Bradley does a wonderful job in this read with the multi character view points with out being repetitive. I also love the character growth of the bandmates and their ability to be accepting and overcome the jealousy that seemed to plaque them. Definitely a book that will be better when series is read in order and I highly recommend it if you enjoy reverse harem romance reads with storyline and steam. Great characters that have their own unique personalities and interact will - just a wonderful romance.

This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.

Keeping the Band Together

Keeping the Band Together

Trouble is brewing for Clover and her four men but that was anticipated. I really like how her brother, Creed, sets about solving the problems. Every girl should have a sibling that self-sacrificing. 💚 Add to that, I love how the guys finally give into their affections and let go of the jealousy. I also love how they made sure to put Clover's needs above their own in other ways. Sure, it's steamy 🔥🔥 but that's not all that's going on.

Of course, Creed has his own situation developing. I haven't looked yet but I hope there is a conclusion to the triangle. Maybe dropping the reverse part of RH? 🤷🏻‍♀️😉

I said this in my audio review for the prior installment to this series, I like Susan Greenway but I would really have preferred that a male narrator were also part of this as there are numerous male counterparts with their own POVs.

This is the third book in the series. Yes, the Lust & Lyrics series should be read or listened to in order. They are not standalone. 😊📚

Story: 4 stars
Narration: 3 stars (less)

Contemporary Rockstar Reverse Harem

Less than Conventional by Hanleigh Bradley is a contemporary rockstar reverse harem that I listened to on audio narrated by Susan Greenway. This is the third and final book in the Lust & Lyrics series.

Hanleigh did a great job wrapping up Clover’s story. I absolutely loved that we got points of views from all the characters. It really brings the story to life. I really hope there will be a spin-off series so we can get Creed’s story. The bit we got in this book left me with so many questions.

Susan did an amazing job on the narration. I absolutely love her voice!

I would recommend this book if you like contemporary romance, rockstar romance, or reverse harems.

Good HEA finale

I had been a little frustrated by the gemming and hawing that all the characters did with their love lives including her brother but everybody made their choices and at least Clover got her HEA. I wonder if there will be another story for Creed. Definitely recommend this series. It’s an excellent audiobook series.

I liked the story

But I feel like it didn't really finish up the series well. Almost like there should be another one and a lot of time was spent on Creed's relationships and we didn't really get much interaction from clover and the boys. The narration was done well.
