Publisher's summary

A faith-based novella.

“I love you, Bobbie. Please don’t go.” Caleb’s voice echoed from the past and brought with it the almost-tangible sensation of summer breezes floating across the lake. She could clearly visualize them sitting in the tree, bare feet dangling, Caleb’s shoulder brushing hers. How often had she coiled her ankles around one of his, so she wouldn’t tip backwards and fall? His friendship and strength were anchors she could always count on.

The lump that formed in her throat ran tandem to the instant throbbing in the area around her heart. Would Caleb even want to speak to her after all this time, or would her non-verbal rejection of his declaration of love be a wedge between them forever?

why do all the story that you want to keep going end with a cliff hanger. Will book two pick up where if left off or months later. It is a good clean romance book.

Inspirational

I loved this book! Caleb and Roberta (Bobbie) are wonderful characters. Caleb is the perfect example of a Christian lovingly encouraging a fellow believer in their walk with the Lord. With Caleb's counsel and her parents backing him, Roberta finally sees how the world has drawn her away from her Christian values. The story perfectly illustrates both sides of the issue and how one can mend relationships, with the Lord and with one another.

The narration is excellent, which always enhances the listening experience.

Sweet Home Alabama

When Bobbie goes back home from CA to AL for a job, She is met with all the down home charm, small town values and love that she thought was important and had truly forgotten about. thankfully, her eyes were open to all that she had lost appreciation for. The author has very well developed characters and did a great job on this truly inspirational book.

The narrator did a good job bringing the story to life.

A sweet story

Bobbie is faced with a situation that leads her away from her true self. When she returns home for a visit, she’s reminded of what she’s left behind. Will this trip be what leads her back?

A sweet story

This story holds a short but sweet and incredible message about redemption and how bending your morals is often going to get you in trouble.

The main character Bobby is incredible to follow and very relatable I. That she is trying to find her way in an immoral world which is the constant struggle of so many.
The story shows how we often miss things when we are not being held accountable and that we should always remember God is the center of our lives and it is him who we are to put first and follow.
