Great and impactful book

Dr. Henry Cloud is definitely my favorite author these days, and his books are always better when he reads them.

I listened to this book twice and was so impressed with it I bought a paper copy for my daughter.

The truths in it are backed by Biblical verses and modern psychological research and the personalized stories in the book.

I highly recommend this book and would think every person would enjoy it who seeks to understand the science of happiness.

I have listened to 2 of his audio books (other: 9 Things You Simply Must Do) and they are both, very inspiring and enlightening... Some things you already know but hearing his perspective is encouraging to say the least- I am grateful for these!
