I feel extremely lucky to be able to hear those amazing and inspiring stories from other Latinxs who have powerful journeys and careers in tech. The tech sector needs to be dysmistified and we need to increase our Latinx representation!

Technology and entrepreneurship with Latinx flavor

Thaisa has a warm, inviting way of making guests feel welcome and appreciated. And it shows in the quality of the conversations, and the wealth of experiences and insight shared.

The guests are carefully selected to present a diversity of specialties, opinions, and backgrounds that illustrate the complexity of today's global work environment.

The podcast also does a great job of painting the multiple perspectives of Latinx professionals in today's technology job market. Language and culture are not a monolith, and the podcast does a good job of acknowledging the differences and embracing the similarities, in search for a better understanding of the world in which we live, work, and create things.

Latinx In Power is about Real Life!

I loved the episode featuring Leandro and his powerful memories about excelling at Volkswagon and Apple and then leaving both at different stages of his life in order to grow as a person. Thaisa is a superb host! I feel very happy after listening to Leandro's vibe after his 4 months and 4 days of Sabbatical.😊
