Autor habla más de él mismo que del tema
No pude terminar ya que de pronto se volvió una autobiografía, en la que trata más el tema de su autosuperación, sus emociones y como el autor (que es contador), es más genial que los nutriologos, psicólogos y medicos. No es un libro muy serio del tema.
