Recetas
Es un libro con muchas recetas pero con ingredientes al estilo americano, muchas de esas cosas no se consiguen en Mexico. Le falta detalle al momento de abordar lo que si se puede comer y lo que no se puede, incluyendo que da por hecho que el público sabe perfectamente que son los carbohidratos.
