I ABSOLUTELY LOVE GANSETT

I love this series so much that I'm reading it all again. I love Blaine and Tiffany. I would love to read a character in a wheelchair like myself.

Shane pain of his divorce just about killed him, so had the accident Katie had. Katie childhood carried so much pain and caused so many issues. Two fantastic characters take you on a journey you wont want to miss.They find whatvthey had been looking for but neither thought tgey woukd get it You also get to see what else is going on. The wonderful island off Gansett

Horrible Story Line and Even Worse Narrator

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

If it had had a different narrator and did not have a story line that was so snappy and unrealistic yet in a very predictable way. I love this series but absolutely hated this book.

What do you think your next listen will be?

I'll read the next book in the series because I love the characters but this book really turned me off. I had a very hard time finishing it.

How could the performance have been better?

The narrator was too flat, too sappy, sounded like her tongue was paralyzed when she was speaking as a male and I couldn't tell who was talking.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Extreme disappointment. I started this book last year and couldn't get past chapter 7 because I hated the narrator's voice. Decided to finish it so that I could move on to the next in the series. The narrator was as awful as I remembered. The story line was awful. I should have just read the synopsis and returned the audio book.

Another Predictable Love Story!

Would you try another book from Marie Force and/or Holly Fielding?

I'm sorry, I love all of Marie Force stories, but they are getting too predictable. There isn't enough Drama. Especially when Shane's ex-wife came back or Big Mac's daughter came in place. It's needed something, I can't put my mind to it.

Would you be willing to try another book from Marie Force? Why or why not?

Yes, I enjoy Marie books.

What three words best describe Holly Fielding’s performance?

I felt Holly rushed as she was reading the book to us. I love listening to her, but it seems like she wasn't into the characters.

Was Kisses after Dark worth the listening time?

Yes

This book is a great continuation of the series and a light listen with a feel good ending.

Love story.
Some repetition but I guess it's needed for the readers who don't read series in order.
