Awesome

an apprentices book and give you snappy simple formulas you can do in a sensible measure of time. As a working lady, when I return home, the exact opposite thing I need to do is go into the kitchen for a considerable length of time to plan supper. Most of the formulas are 5-10 min prep time..up to 45 min cook time. Great for me!! There is longer cook time however that would cook sheep sticks. Salmon formula was flavorful!!! A debt of gratitude is in order for the book..lost 2lbs. in a week...and wasn't attempting

Okay, but lacking

I got this book because my 7yr old wants to be a chef. My husband and I are on the Keto diet and since she is interested in learning about food and nutrition we figured an audio book about the Keto diet written for beginners would be a great place to start. There wasn't enough about the actual basics of the Keto diet. Once the first chapter was over it become hard to follow because it was just recipes and an audio book is not a great format for recipes.

Amazing

I have done the ketogenic diet before and I lost 30 in 3 months. I love reading everything I find that has to do with the ketogenic diet and I highly recommend this book. It is great for beginners and love the fact that it has a pretty big selection of recipes that are very easy to make and delicious as well.

A must read

I've recently purchased three of the top-selling keto cookbooks, and I've found that I reach for this one time and time again while the others sit on the shelf. What makes this one so much better (in my opinion) is that it gives recipes for delicious, healthy meals that are fast and relatively simple to make.................awesome guide

Easy to follow recipes

I really liked the fact the book had a large selection of easy to cook recipes. The keto diet really works! In lost 10 pounds in a week and a half. The most difficult part of this diet is finding the items that you can eat. This is where the book will comes from! The receipt makes the experience so much easier! The recipes take about 30 minutes but it helps you find a variety of dinner options!

great book

This book has great recipes for those who follow low carb plans or anyone wanting healthier eating options. Excellent for beginners. Quick easy recipes you can do in a reasonable amount of time. The majority of the recipes are 5-10 min prep time..up to 45 min cook time. Awesome for me!! There is longer cook time but that would be cooking lamb skewers. Salmon recipe was delicious!!! Thanks for the book..lost 2lbs. in a week...and wasn't trying
