Interesting
Got this and listened to it today. Very interesting stuff. Some chapters specifically about women's bodies, others more in a general sense. Gotta love the ketogenic diet!
Either way, I couldn't believe how much a keto diet can do for your brains, focus, stomach, and overall health. Yeah, carbs should be taken a bit when you're pregnant or some other times, but cutting down on them can still help at the right moment and in the right way. Man, guys have it so much easier. It's not fair. But I guess they have their own problems.
