The best support, history, and analysis on the story of philosophy. Particularly appropriate for the non-academic who is better served by the audiobook with extensive references. The book I wish I had been assigned when a philosophy minor at Harvard College.

Audio is Very Poor

Enough with the serene scene video game music. Nobody wants to listen to the same melody in the background for 12 hours.
The reader seems to be having trouble pronouncing words like, "theology" and at one point actually stops to spell the word for the listener.
Good content though

seriously with the sleepy elevator music

I thought audible has some sort of quality control over the narration.
The narrator doesn’t know many of the words and name’s mentioned in the text and miss reads them, and the whole message of the text is lost due to his reading difficulties

Horrible Narration
