Good… but unfinished

Good story… however disappointing ending. I kept going back to make sure I hadn’t missed the actual ending. A lot of things not wrapped up

Fast Paced Romantic Suspense!

This short novella is the first book in the Seeking Justice Series, a Romantic Suspense. Amber and Cody's story is fast-paced, suspenseful, action packed, and filled with danger, and romance. They share an instant attraction and a sizzling chemistry. Amy Deuchler and Tom Campbell did a fantastic job with the narration. The audio quality is perfect. This is a great team author and narrators. I enjoyed it. #SpectrumAudiobooks

Life brings about a change of heart!

This was a quick listen about a couple who meets under less than optimal circumstances but who recognize the importance of one another in each other’s lives!! Amber and Cody story demonstrates that sometimes you have specific ideas about how you plan for your life to be but it doesn’t always work out that way because life brings about a change of heart!! Luckily for them that their obstacles were successfully resolved!! Amy Deuchler and Tom Campbell are both new narrators to me but did a great job performing the wide range of emotions the storyline required.

Fast paced romantic suspense thriller.

Amber Millner is working on a top secret computer project. A project that someone does not want to see finished. When bullets start to fly, it falls to F.B.I. Agent Cody Whittaker to keep Amber safe and in one piece. This is no easy task because, as luck would have it, bullets aren’t the only thing flying. The attraction between these two is off the charts. Nicely narrated with a smooth flow, Justice for Amber was a real treat. For me, it struck the perfect balance between a slow burn on the romantic front and an immediate grab on the suspense/intrigue front. Fast paced, at two and a half hours, I finished it in one sitting.

A nice story

This is a nice story. I liked the idea but the attraction between the two MC seemed very rushed and I really didn’t *feel* their connection at all. The whole scary FBI side was good. I loved seeing Cruz again and his friends. Cody seemed like he would fit right in with them.

Overall I think this would have been better with the character/story fleshed out a little better. It all seemed a bit rushed. I did listen to this on audio. Both narrators are new to me. I feel they did a good job.

enjoyable romantic suspense

The story was simple (a bit repetitive in places) with a few cheezy lines here and there but overall an enjoyable short listen.

The narration was good. Amy Deuchler is new to me and I enjoyed her. Tom Campbell has an excellent reading and male voice but his female voice sounds like a whisper.

Couldn't stop reading

The story was too intense to be so short. More Heat was needed. Quickies don't count. But a good Read.

Great book!

Someone wants Amber dead but she doesn’t know who or why...that’s where FBI Special Agent Cody Whittaker comes in. The newly relocated Cody’s first case is to find out who is after the government contractor, who’s computer program will help to identify terrorists. The intense chemistry between Amber and Cody will smoke up your earbuds! Although the ending is a bit abrupt, the HEA is cute. Great performance by the narration team! Recommend this quick read/listen. I voluntarily accepted a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This is a new to me author. This is a quick read.. The storyline was well thought out, but could have been expanded on to make the book much better. Narration was good.
