Publisher's Summary

Judah Smith digs deep to answer the most common and the most difficult questions about Jesus, a man so few understand and so many desperately need.

In Jesus Is, Judah Smith explores a number of topics that reveal Jesus' purpose for coming, what he accomplished while he was here, and what that means for those of us who came after. Jesus is greatly revered, harshly criticized, and sorely misunderstood.

Judah breaks down who Jesus is and explains to listeners how understanding that more fully will not only enrich their lives, but also give meaning to them and save them.

Jesus Is gives listeners the intimate knowledge that makes for a deeper, lasting relationship with Jesus, allowing them to commune with and grow in him. Judah wants listeners to know that Jesus is more than a good teacher, more than an inspiring leader. He is the point of all life.

This book is for EVERYBODY!

Where does Jesus Is rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is one of the best books I have.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Jesus Is?

"That’s the gospel. It’s good news for everyone. It’s not good news just for people who are already good, for those who are self-controlled and disciplined enough to have all their ducks in a row. It’s good news for the people who can’t even find their ducks. They haven’t seen some of their ducks in years. Their lives are a mess. But they can come to Jesus and find instant acceptance. They belong long before they believe and long before they behave.”

What about Judah Smith’s performance did you like?

He is funny and real.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

BOTH!

Powerful message brought back to the very basic

Juda Smith sets the spotlight where it belongs, and makes the most important message understandable for all people. The book is easy to follow and is a good read (listening) either at home, out in the wild or on your daily commute.

Heart touching

Judah has a way of making you understand that Jesus's love for us is inescapable, sufficient and deeply personal. Who wouldn't want to be part of that relationship? I listened to this book on Audible and Judah was the narrator as well as the author. You can hear his love for Jesus, his relationship with Jesus, his earnest desire for the reader to experience the same, unmistakably in his voice! Judah is down to earth and funny; he also comes from love rather than judgment. I HIGHLY recommend this book!

Complete twaddle

This book has to be the biggest load of twaddle ive ever listened to. It lacks depth and resembles a Hollywood take on life. Awful.

Inspired and inspirational

Judah manages to take the simplicity of the gospel of grace and put it into a very engaging and relatable format. The way he is able to not only be vulnerable but also relatable makes this easy to follow and simple to apply to life. Amazing work!
