I'm always up for a good "vampy" love story. Casey is such a strong spirited girl. The life she was led into by Clive actually was a priming for what was to come. After all that had happened with Clive, he betrayed her, but God help him with a woman's scorn. Her scorn and her other crimes landed her in prison without parole. She is found there by a long lived vampire who feels Casey is his long lost love. In prison is where he turns her into a vampire and this is where their story begins, with erotic love, blood hunting, betrayal, revenge, and survival. You'll have to listen to hear their story.

This narrator is not one of my favorites. It was very difficult to decipher one character from the next, whether male or female, and only two of the characters really had personality to say. The one best quality that I did like and it absolutely surprised me was the voice he gave Clive as the Lychan.

Yay. I really enjoyed this story. Cassie is such a spit fire. I love it. Dom doesn’t know what hit him with her. I can’t wait to read book two.

This is the ultimate power couple. I loved everything about this book(read is as an ARC when it first came out), and having someone with a great voice read it to you is even better! Highly recommend this one!

this book was so good. I love the female character she a bad add in her own right. this whole love story is so cute. I like how she was never scared of him. I really can't wait for the next book.

Jaded Vamp is a bewitching story of a 16 year-old angelic/demonic wild child, Kaycee Goad, who defies her foster parents any chance she can. Working at Fendi, she meets the "man of her dreams," and that is the start of her new life, a killing life. She and Clive are married and begin a spree of shooting and stealing until Clive crosses her and she shoots him dead. While she's serving time in the correctional facility, a woman comes to the door and asks to see her. The woman is Emarosa O'Neill, a vampire who goes out to find proper men and women to service her master. He is Dominic Belluomo, a most beautiful specimen of man, or monster. He sees Kaycee and is certain that she's his long- lost partner, Kassandra, who was murdered by vampires. They are inexplicably drawn to one another and they actually bond. Bonding turns her into a super vampire whose powers are almost equal to Dominic's. They have a hotly sensual relationship, but almost every male vampire views her with desire. When the vampires attend a meeting of the council, the leader of all the vamps sets up tests for the new vamps to demonstrate their powers and Kaycee comes out on top. The narration is wonderfully done by Aaron Smith and I'll be looking for more narrations by him!

Great vampire dark romance

Dark romance fans, meet your next favorite book. Especially if you love a vampire romance. Kaysee is not a good girl. Never has been. When she gets in with the wrong crowd she turns evil at 16. 10 years after a robbing and killing spree she is freed from prison by Dominic, a vampire master. He turns her into the fiercest vampire ever. As human she was a killing monster. As a vampire she is a weapon and a protector. We go on the journey of blood lust, romance, and revenger with her. I loved having the different characters points of view. And there are a few twists I didn't see coming. Especially with the sexy alpha Dominic. Aaron Smith was the perfect voice for this. His voice fit for an aged vampire and also a stubborn young woman. I never thought about that it was one man voicing. This is a must read for paranormal romance fans. There are steamy scenes, and omg it's hot, and there is also action and plenty of drama. I definitely want more!

Interesting story line

I'm à sucker for à good vampire romance.

First time listening to this author and narrator. I enjoyed the narrator who was able to bring à variety of voices to the table. I really enjoyed Clives hybrid voice !

The story pulled me in and I enjoyed the characters involved. I did find it hard to follow at times as I felt like I was missing à scene or something in between certain chapters. Maybe à longer story line would of helped me out in a few of those areas.

Overall I enjoyed it and will be moving on to the second book.

Awesome First Book!

Kaycee is the typical teenage girl that chose the wrong path that lead her to prison by following a guy. Dom is her destiny and her chance at a fresh start as a vampire.
