Small town romance!

I love a good small town romance, and this one was just long enough for my walk! Tara September writes wonderful, romantic novels and this short story just shows her talent. After Serina's relationship ended, she realized she wanted to get away from the fast paced life of Manhattan. Moving in with her grandmother seemed like a great solution. Back to her roots, a slower pace where she can make a difference and flourish in her career, she was ready to start her new life. Then the fun begins! Who better than to set you up on a blind date than your grandmother? I can tell you, if she finds a Grayson for every Serina, it's well worth the blind date! Romance is in the air and it's sweet and charming! I can't wait to delve into the next romantic beach read!

Elizabeth Klett is a fantastic narrator, I always love her performances, and this one is no exception. She brings all the characters to life, from the grandmother and her friends to Serina to Grayson. Each one distinct and spot on personalities. I loved this listen!

Very nice

This is an excellent well written love story that really gets you and you fall in love with the the characters as they become close friends

Cute short story romance

Being a fan of Tara September’s other work, I was thrilled to snag this new release during Audible’s big sale last month. At just under an hour this was a quick low-angst listen. Entirely from Serina’s perspective, it’s an enjoyable “how they got together” closed door romance. (the spicy factor is a few internal musings and a single kiss toward the end) While this short story is not exactly a “meet cute” it had a lot of the traits I love about those.

Narration:
This was my first time listening to Elizabeth Klett and I thought she was the perfect fit for the story.

A quick sweet read

Serina left NY to move to FL with her grandmother. Her grandmother and her friends decide to set her up on a blind date. It was shenanigans from the beginning to the end.Throughly enjoyed this read. It was light hearted and fun. Everyone knows Nana knows best! Nana find a Grayson for me.

A fresh start

It Might Be You is a cute little short story that I really enjoyed. My only complaint would be that I wished it was longer!

This story by Tara September flowed well, and I really enjoyed the characters. It left me with a smile on my face.

Elizabeth Klett did a wonderful job with the narration. She brought the story to life.

Super short

This one is a a super short but sweet fun listen, perfect for a commute. Narration was done well.

Cute Beachy Romance

Love this story with the grandmas hooking up their adult grandkids. An encounter with an old friend, a cute short story and a funny read.

Simple sweet clean 👍

I found Serina to be sweet, strong, determined, and independent. She loved her grandmother. This was a super-quick romance that was light and entertaining. Serina had no idea what was awaiting her on her new chance in a new city. She was willing to make the best of what her situation left her in. She did just that and was rewarded well.

Grandparents sometimes know more and sometimes they just remember. These two had a simple childhood connection. Twenty plus years later they connect again on a grandmother’s setup. Elizabeth made it all feel like more.

Elizabeth Klett's voice felt like a match for the story from beginning to the end. She was on point with male and female voice. It was a respite from the day.

Serena and Grayson

It might be you is a sweet, sometimes funny, romance. Serena and Grayson as relatable, and good-hearted people. I loved the characters in this story. I absolutely can visualize the card playing, meddling, grandmas. The narrator was .Elizabeth Klett. She was perfect for this story. It was a pleasure to listen to. I received a free copy of this audiobook and am voluntarily leaving my review.

Delightful Contemporary Short Story

I was entertained by this short story. I admired Serena Spring for following her dreams. I liked that she spent time with her grandmother. I wished I could be with her while Serena was walking the on the beach. I enjoyed Elizabeth Klett's narration, and her performance enhanced my enjoyment of the story. I was able to obtain a copy of the audiobook through the author's newsletter. I volunteered, without financial gain, to post this review which reflected my honest opinions regarding this audiobook.
