As the senior HR leader, this is been a great framing of modern day talent challenges all organizations are facing today. Getting my HR management team to read this is a no-brainer. Great advice

The only thing that seemed a little outdated was the discussion of DEI from a pre- Bud Light point of view. Other than that, the insights were rock solid.
