Not specific enough.
This book is very vogue, and does so with clarifying a statement with some states do and other state it does not. With that being said it does not specify to the state stated on the cover. Provides a handful of good tips and reviews some key terms. I would not consider this book to be the complete answer to passing the state portion of your real estate exam.
