What an adventure!

One of the most interesting books I have listened to and I have listened to thousands.

The characters are fascinating, well rounded, and believable.

Lorelei kings narration is, as always, flawless.

I enjoyed listening to this audiobook. The religious components were pretty interesting to me. Would read again

How they survived!

This was such an amazing story of life and survival! I can wait to start the next book!

WOW!

Even though Author is a fellow Okie and talks of places I have known all my life, I have never been a fan. Also, not a fan of cliff hangers! Authors if you're good, they'll buy! If not, prepare to become better! Don't try to hedge with gimmicks! Having said that, remembering likes and dislikes are relative, THIS IS AN AWESOME STORY!!!! Treat yourself! Loved Stella, Mercury (great name) and Amani. Loved Ford and even Karen. Recommend !!!

Apocalyptic

Fast paced some hilarious parts in the middle of mayhem. Not my usual genre and interesting twists.

Fantastic audiobook

I love this audiobook! Great character build, even the apocalypse was believable. And of course Lorelai king does a fantastic job of narrating. I can’t wait for the next book to come out. You should definitely listen to this one.!

Poorly Written

The premise of the story could have been good but it read like a B movie. Couldn’t finish.

They picked the perfect narrator

Instantly bought the second book. It’s a wonderful series. I can’t wait to find out more.

Meh.

Love me some post apocalyptic tales but this one is pretty lack luster. Flat characters, with little going on. If there’s a second book, I’m going to pass. I know there’s better stuff out there.

Wanted to love it

I was drawn in by the story and the characters but did not care for the hateful way some of the characters were portrayed.

The ending was also disappointing.

I don’t think I would chose to read another book by this author.

I did enjoy the narrator and the storyline was interesting.
