Perfect narration

I like how this author clearly explains how intermittent fasting works and then shares success stories. It's so encouraging to hear how this has really worked for people. If you’re considering adding intermittent fasting into your healthy and long plan- this book is for you! Great explanations as to WHY fasting is good for you and how to manage your fasting program. As a nearly 60yo woman this book is a perfect addition to helping me add intermittent fasting into my health plan.
