Very Informative!

I have done this kind of fasting like years ago but without that much knowledge about it. And now that I feel like I need to get this diet again. I am just really glad that I got this book, the author put so much details into this that could really help and it is way more healthy than what I have done before.

Good input

I starting doing intermittent fasting a couple of weeks ago...but I felt like I didn't have all the information I needed or was constantly asking a friend or looking it up online. I wanted a good resource all in one place so got this audiobook.

I found it very insightful there were a variety of intermittent fasting to select from and I enjoyed hearing about the different options and now I will be able to focus on one and get that done right! Plenty of good information to use!

Very Helpful and Encouraging

This audiobook provides tips and has a great foundational program to not only manage weight loss but to live a longterm lifestyle for better health as well. It even gave useful information regarding the correct steps as well as clear instructions on it. Although this is specifically for women, the concepts can be applied to any one and overall it's engaging and it's an educational listen.

Very detailed and awesome guide!

Intermittent fasting sounds like a cliché most times because most people tend to use the term without understanding what it fully entails.

This book carefully details the importance of intermittent fasting and how to engage in it in order to get healthy results. I like the emphasis on choosing a type of fasting that works with your body as it’s not a game of survival of the fittest but a healthy lifestyle that should be done rightly.

The 16:8 and OMAD method of fasting are my best methods.

I absolutely recommend this book for anyone seeking for a step by step direction on how to begin a healthy lifestyle through fasting and exercising.

Fasting Made Easy

Having often wondered about intermittent fasting as a weight loss tool, this audible book explained the various ways to fast and do it successfully. It was much easier than expected as I’ve been on it for 10 days now and lost 6 lbs with no negative impact on my day-to-day life and eating my favorite foods. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in intermittent fasting as a weight loss tool.

Great book

I have tried intermittent fasting without much research but this book goes into so much detail on the reasons why it works, how to prepare yourself mentally and stay motivated, what to and what not to eat plus much more. There were so many things I didn’t know.
The subject is really well explained and easy to follow for beginners to IF
