Its all the same stuff. There are no real characters in this novel.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes! It was a shorter listening book, but once I started I couldn't stop. It was really good information. :)

This is a book for beginners, those that aren’t aware of themselves.

The suggestions in it were straightforward, meaning they weren't the kind of thing that are impossible to do. Keeping a journal and telling yourself you are good enough don't require you to buy anything or do any hard work.

What did you like best about this story?

It was something positive and the book was concise enough to stay interesting.

His performance made it seem more like a self help book and the overall mood became more positive.

What did you learn from Insecurity that you would use in your daily life?

You can't blame your insecurity on someone and you can't think someone else will be able to fix it for you. You have to figure out what is causing you to feel insecure and do something about it.

This book is good for people that want to learn how to be more confident and it is simple enough for anyone to follow. No doctor jargon or over complicated ideas.
