This story was exactly what I need to give me how and find love for myself during a season of loss and change in my life!

Openness and hope

Having experienced similar life loss, I loved her openness. I felt she was my friend as I listened to her story. The way she ended gave a feeling of hope unexpectedly.

Indestructible

The tension of the story was pointed to the abuse but it’s really never revealed; yet the book is more focused on describing yoga breathing and a woman who is so needy that confuses love with being codependent.

Couldn’t put it down

I felt like I have a new friend after reading this book. Ally shares her journey through love in a way that made it impossible to put it down.
