Everything I needed!

The overall of this book was phenomenal! I'm learning to place fear aside and also placing me first!!! After an abrupt breakup with a man I could have sworn I was meant to marry.... this book helped in more ways than you will ever know. Loved every word, sentence paragraph and chapter! Keep on Keeping On, Ms. Bitch!!!!

Nice to Have the Authors Story

Even though Tricia says that this story is not exactly hers it is easy to see how it mostly is. I have listened to most of her books and I can now see the influence her life’s experiences have had on her writing. So much of Tricia’s writing seems like she has pulled the words off of my heart and put them in print. I cry so many times when listening to her stories. I wondered how Tricia and her husband managed to finally get together and now I know. It gives me strength in my struggles to do the same with my life.

Great story, meh narration

Although the story was a great, light romance with good lessons about personal growth through adversity, I found myself annoyed with the narrator. At times she was fine but much of the time she reminded me a lot of Siri narrating the story. I’ll be checking out more work from this author and hope the narrator doesn’t have a monopoly on Tricia’s audiobooks 😊

Fun!

Definitely a chic flick (what do you call it for a book?). Knowing both Tess and Aiden it was fun to hear their story in detail other than the snippets of conversations we've had with them over the years. Like I said, it's a chic flick so some of the chick moments, emotions, insecurities, etc are a little cringe-worrhy at least to me. What's most important though is Trish did a fantastic job capturjng Aiden very true to his sensibilities. I could picture him saying the words in this story. He is a very amazing man, genuine and intelligent which makes them a perfect match for one another, as Trish is equally amazing. Congrats on a great story and hope to visit again soon!

One last word about the narrator. I thought she was very good. With over 300 audiobooks in my library I place her well within in my top.10.

Blessing just when I needed most

I have never written a review for any of your books that I have read but I have loved them all. However this book I found at a time in my life when I needed it most. I so identified with all that the book was about and it helped me remember yes I need to live my life on my terms. I too like you found love a second time around and have now been married for 17 years I just needed to be reminded to listen to my own heart and not let the rest of the world Bring Me Down. thank you so much all of your books but this one truly touched my heart.
