love the male narrator

The story was good and U am a fan of Jakobi Diem which is why I finished the book despite the female narrator. Her tone was too hard and lacked emotion.

YOU RUINED IT

The book had a chance with just one narrator, you added the female and everything can tumbling down. Mr. Diem can narrate direction for taking cold medicine and I'm in love, This match was no a good one. NO MORE TALK!!!!! The performance rating was for Mr. Diem.

Story great, female narrator not so much

The story was good but the female's male voice was horrible. All of her males sounded like the had trouble speaking. Jakobi Deim was awesome, the story was interesting, but Jessie's narration was painful to listen to.

Narration

To start, the Voice of Kayla and Ren were superb! Her England accent was the highlight however, when the narrator for Kayla mimics the males she interacts with it sounds like the men have a serious TBI or high on drugs which does not mix well with Kayla's cadence (shorter).

Jakobi saved the book

I am an advid listener of Audible and Jakobi Diem. I loved his voice but the female voice wasn't for me. She made the book less interesting but I continued to listren. . It was predictable.

The Struggle was REAL!

Great story line but very difficult to finish. I struggled with the narration of the female voice, especially when it was "male". Jakobi did amazing as usual and was often why I kept reading. The voices were so mis-matched. If you can get past the voices it is pleasurable.

Decent yet disappointing

The story was pretty good. Jakobi was excellent as always. He sounds so sexy and I could listen to him all day. Jessye, on the other hand, was horrible. Her male speaking voice made them sound illiterate or just plain duh. Disappointing.

good but

the story was good and Jakobi was excellent but the female narrator's voice for the Male American almost made me stop listening. She was speaking as if the Male had a speech impediment. super hard to listen too

Beautiful Love Story

This book is simply a true romance story. I went out on a limb with this one because I am a Urban Lit reader, but this was refreshing. Although a bit long so much so that I wanted to stop listening, but I couldn’t because I just had to see how this was going to end. Nice job to the author. The narrators were good, but the male voice of the female narrator takes some getting use to but the story is interesting enough that you can overlook it.

Achingly beautiful

This is an intense love story, balanced in the pain of bad timing. Sareeta’s writing is absolutely lyrical. Loved Jakobi as always in the narration, and I enjoyed Jessye, although her American/male voices were a little off-putting.

Loved this

This is the first YA romance that I've listened to and my first audible book. The story was gripping and exciting.
