Solid beginner book, but deceptive title

I was hoping for something more along the lines of covert tactics, or methods developed by govts ie. Mkultra kind of stuff, only to discover there is nothing manipulative or mind control-esqe about it. The content however is great if you're looking to discover hypnosis as a legitimate tool to help others and yourself overcome personal issues or become a better person, and I will definitely give it a second listen at some point since it's only an hour and a half long if I'm not mistaken. So overall worth the 4 bucks, but I'm not sure why the author titled it the way he did.
