Happy Place

Pippa & Lili's collaboration on these books is such a fun, happy place to be immersed. Humbugged is a satisfying end (?) to the Happy Cat series, and the audiobook version did not disappoint!
Jacob Morgan and Virginia Rose do a great job of character voices and emotion.
Definitely worth the read and listen - more than once!

What a great way to wrap up 2019! Clint and Noelle's story was everything I hoped it would be, plus more I didn't realized I wanted. I've been waiting for Clint's story, and he may very well be my favorite O'Dell brother. I'll have to revisit the other guys before I confirm this statement. I'm in love w/them all!

Clint is that big tough meme-worthy Marine, with all the advertised toughness you'd expect. But he's also the sweetest, has such a huge heart, and is so protective of everyone, including Happy Cat's furry population. He and Noelle are made for each other, and I did some serious swooning, squirming, and laughing. This was such a great holiday story.

I always love visiting Happy Cat, with its wonderful array of animals and their quirky personalities. How could anyone not want to go there? Jacob Morgan and Virginia Rose do a great job with the narration. Jacob is one of my top narrators!

I just can’t with these animal names, they are simply the best!!! I am so sad to be done with this series.

Clint, the O’Dell baby brother finally gets his minute. He’s a hero to a nation & a hero to his hometown, it’s only fitting that he’s a hero to broken hearted new resident. Not only does he solve her mystery, he mends her broken heart. Noelle’s dad is a Marine & she’s vowed not to be with one…but she hadn’t met Clint O’Dell yet. That man could make a reindeer love him 🤪. He breaks down her walls, strikes a deal with her, & then holds on for the ride of falling in love. I loved Clint & Noelle. They were perfect together. And can I just say that it’s so refreshing when characters actually communicate with each other!

OMG! I love this series!

I do hope Ms Grant and Ms Valente collaborate on more stories. These were so enjoyable and I laughed through all four books. I truly hated coming to the end. Thank you, ladies. Well done. Brava!
