Very eye opening, food for thought , J.A. Medders unpacks the tainted name of calvinism.

Very helpful

It was very helpful. I enjoyed this read. I will probably listen to this again and share it with friends and family.

I didn’t like some mispronunciations by the reader such as RC Sproul and Ligonier, and one or two other names. I wonder why that was but I can overlook that.

great book but a strange narration choice

The content of the book was fantastic. However the narrator's robotic voice took away from the richness of what was being said. As well as the narrator mispronounced some basic names in Christian theology.

Despite its narration fflaws I would still highly recommend it.For anyone who wants to understand Calvinism as it should be correctly taught.

spiritually uplifting tied with a strong Biblical reality check. Certainly going to recommend this book to others!

loved this book. I remember my cage stage and not thinking I was in it. but now I remember there is always that lion in there ready to pounce. humble calvinism uses the word to humble the soul

This book is truly essential, especially for us Calvinists. Excellent book for any one who follows Christ.

Great book!

This is a great book! Much needed in today’s theological culture. Medders is down to earth in the way he writes, but he is able to cut straight to the heart. Laughing one moment, feeling sharp conviction the next. A very graceful book about the doctrines of grace.

My only complaint is I wish the author was also the narrator, a book comes to life so much more when the author is able to read their own words, with their own personality showing through.

A wonderful and insightful explanation of calvinism that all 5 pointers should read and head. The author brings to life what the life of a Christian should look like on an everyday basis. I’m going to go through this book again until I’ve really got it. Praise be to Jesus.
