Great introduction
I do a lot of writing, that I just jump into. With white papers that hasn't ment I have felt the quality was exceptional. Probably less than average. I really enjoyed learning about problem solution type of content. As a consultant, I see that the 80/20 rule is true. While most owners think their problems are unique. The reality is that 80 percent of the time I have seen the problem over and over again. most owners need a vision of hope, then sole most of the problem themselves. I expect the template will help resolve my problems building my documents.
