Senator John Kennedy is a national treasure. He sounds like an old timey country lawyer, but he is actually a brilliant intellect who displays common sense, honesty, and self deprecating humor. I thoroughly enjoyed his description of the inner workings of the United States Congress, and his impromptu chat with President Biden.

This is the first book by a living US Senator and politician that talks to you and not down to you. Senator Kennedy came out of the Louisiana political couldron from both sides of the aisle and he gets it. His story is lively and compelling and you can tell he is authentic. It's not about him. Its about the people of the State of Louisiana and the People of the United States of America. I can explain his political philosophy in one simple phrase. E Pluribus Unum. Our national motto.

We are fortunate he is serving. Thank you Senator Kennedy. Well done.

Fantastic recording, I so enjoy this being read by the Senator.

This is one of the best Audible titles I've listened to. Well worth the time. Senator Kennedy makes me proud to be an American.
