A good audiobook if you are a stressful person

This is a good book if you have issues dealing with stress.. I admit, I am a highly stressed individual
I am very much a type A personality.. Where this book differs from many differs from others is in that it starts with an explanation of what causes stress and that not all stress is the same; the roots can be different..

Since I am a very analytical person I found the explanations helpful.. The goal of the book is to help us understand why are stressed ,the causes for the stress and some ways to better deal with it.. After I listen to the book a couple times and spent some timeIt helped lower my stress level


I was given this book is to review.. My views are after listening to it at least twice and putting into practice the instructions are my honest thoughts

A sceptic no more

Wow my first ever meditation from this book. And I can't believe how it made me feel. I've tried to meditate before but it's never worked for me. This time is different. It had to work, my doc recommended this book and I am so glad she did. This will be a regular in my house now and I will be teaching my husband and sons to. Thank you

This is quite possibly the best

This is quite possibly the best non-fiction title I have read in the last ten years and I've read quite a few titles. The Author has challenged my assumptions and decision making processes to the point that I am now starting to apply his principles to my closet

This is an awesome book!!

This is an awesome book!! It makes you think of what is really important in your life. And truth be told there's not much that's really important in the grand scheme of things when you remove the unnecessary tasks and obstacles that are created by us humans.
