some good generic tips

good refresher but mostly basic sales techniques. I did like that it was very coffee shop minded. The narration of the book was bad(worse towards the end). but this book was about saving money... so must have been more efficient for Greg to read it :) Probably a better choice for physical book purchase.

Unique marketing ideas

if you are a small business, let alone a small coffee shop/bake shop oriented business, this audible is worth the credit or purchase. It presented unique ideas on it's own as well as spurred my natural creative process as well. Great listen.
