very informative and in depth book. I'd recommend.

I had a little knowledge on subject2 mortgage take over, and really liked this book a lot. Great information, my only suggestion on any possible revised edition would be to cover more on how or where to get closing attorneys or title companiea to close on these unique deals to put it all together even more cohesive, and it's a good book regardless.
