Very timely read!

Perfect book considering the uncertainty we're all facing these days! Basically, if you've ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or just plain worn out by the big, unanswered questions that life throws our way, this book is for you. Good mix of personal stories and scientific research. I really appreciated the actionable insights and the soulful treatment of the subject matter.

too much personal anecdote

the subject matter sounded fantastic. but the author selfishly chose to subject us all to stories about herself. and she comes across poorly. not easy to listen to.
