Good info on the basic home buying process

This is good information on the basics. It is a short guide but I think our covers what is promised. A nice addition would be some reference material, like a checklist to download.

Very short

There was some great advice in this but the book is just repeated over and over. Wasted credit!

Perfect for a first time home buyer!

Very simple and direct explanations of the home buying process. I feel much more comfortable and informed about how to approach the process after having listened to this book. I will likely revisit pieces of this as I go through the process myself.

Excellent, for what it is.

...and what it is is a fifty-seven minute long audiobook, sold for four dollars.

A nice little primer on home buying, this hits on all the main points and throws out a good number of pro-tips that feel like they actually came from a pro. Although he occasionally repeats himself, a goodly sized chunk of information is conveyed. I liked it.

Repetitive

This book just kept repeating the same list of facts over and over without going into further detail. It was so repetitive, that I actually had to make sure I didn’t accidentally rewind it. Didn’t learn a thing. Save your $3.

Very Informative

this book was very informative and shed a lot of light on the home buying process. I feel as though I can go buy a house myself, knowing what to expect at each phase in the home-buying process.

a very shallow book

this is not really a book. it's more like an extended pamphlet. it's merely an advertisement for the authors other products. it is less than an hour long.
