Phenomenal book on leadership!
This book is a MUST read! Leaders have to express how their decisions align with the organization's vision, goals, targets and ethics, this book teaches you that. When you build giants you also build culture. Culture is incredibly important because it sets the tone for everything and is the foundation of any great team!

For someone who seems to always be on the move, I was thrilled to have access to this on audible! Highly recommend listening to this.
