I loved the whole thing, I now have both versions. There is a point I with to address, or rather to have you address should you ever think of a third incarnation: With regard to gratuities, to wit; there is also the option to only leave a tip for the kitchen staff only if the dining service is less than optimal.

Excellent information for all

I enjoyed listening to this audiobook. I am a woman, and I was interested in reading this because I wanted to know what a quality man does regarding manners, and how he carries himself. I was not disappointed. I admire the author and enjoyed the interview with him at the end of the audiobook. The book was also read beautifully. I hope that all men and boys who come across this book take the time to read or listen to it. The world will be a better place. Women will look up to them and admire them and feel comfortable in their presence.
