"Take on more that are in line with your skill strengths" Really?? isn't that making things worse?
Alot of things recommended with the employer or schedule in this book are not practical in extreame high pace stressful jobs. Apparently I need an advaced version. Many of the practical applications have been tried by many in my profession but do not work. I'm sorry I wasted my money. I'm just being honest.
