Susan Page's groundbreaking approach to relationships gives readers the tools and encouragement they need to bring positive changes to their relationship, even when their partners are unwilling to do the work. Based on the premise that what you do in a relationship makes changes faster than anything you discuss, Page introduces the concept of "Loving Leadership" and offers fourteen empowering and doable strategies for recapturing the positive feelings, including how to:

* Overcome resentment and move beyond blame
* Solve major problems--one at a time
* Recapture lost intimacy

Step-by-step, Page demonstrates that with tangible goals, and new ways of thinking, one partner can bring new levels of harmony and love to a relationship.©1997 Susan Page; (P)1997 Bantam Doubleday Dell Audio Publishing, Bantam Doubleday Dell Audio Publishing, A Division of Random House, Inc.

Nice listen well see how it works. I know I was the one who failed and didn't realize to do anything till she completely quit. I just hope it's not to late. I wish I would of found this and heard it sooner that definatly would of helped.

We'll see if it works. I know it's got to help.

A friend of mine referred me to read this book so I choose audible. I was skeptic because I feel a relationship is 100% and 100% where both parties need to participate, not just where 1 can bring the 2 of you together. Some stories were not what I'm going through and some were. I am at a point where I need to try something but still feeling both of us need to work on the relationship, not just me. The stories and information is good and something I took in, it may be right for someone else.

Would you try another book from Susan Page and/or Susan Page?

I feel like this author spends the first chapter talking about how qualified she is to tell us how to fix a relationship on our own. Her voice is annoying to me as well. Sounds like something from the late 70s/early 80s as far as recordings go. Sorry I spent the credit on this.

Couldn't get past the first chapter

Well narrated. I got the book with hope, but it failed in practice. It does though bring insight to while you may want to keep you both together, ultimately both have to feel the same way.

Yes I failed, but I am not a failure.

This positive book inspired me to keep trying. Very good, practical and applicable information. Very common sense.

There is hope
