Very useful information. The book will help nearly everyone to better understand the medical care system in the U.S., the use of randomised controlled trials to evaluate medicines and treatments, medical misinformation and how doctors practice medicine.

Excellent Book

I didn't think I'd get much from this book since I work in medicine but was I surprised.

Expansive

This book covers multiple areas of medicine and healthcare, highlighting problem areas and bright spots, where medicine shines. Heavy emphasis on the importance of clinical studies. Personal and professional anecdotes are illustrative of the author’s viewpoints. Excellent, overall, with great ideas about how to improve healthcare and medicine for all.
