Suspense and mystery!

Meg and Victoria do it again ! Victoria Mei narration queen of paranormal fmc who kick ass and take names. Meg with fantastic world building. Exciting and gripping story.cant wait for book 3!

Fabulous story!

Wow, this series just keeps getting better and better! I found this story to be very well written. This book has action, mystery, adventure, intrigue and very interesting/ entertaining. The content of this book is definitely not intended for customers under the age of 18.
I enjoyed listening to this story. The narrator does a magnificent job with the story. She does a wonderful job with the characters and their voice making it easy to distinguish between the characters.
I definitely recommend this book. It is so good!

Slow...

The books have a good storyline, it's just that it moves SO slow that they all feel like filler books and when the action really starts the book ends.

Thrilling ride

Book #2 in the Shades of Ruin & Magic and absolutely amazing. I had no doubt what so ever that this book was going to be good. Meg did a wonderful job with this story and once again the narration was in point.

This is my first time listening or reading a Meg Xuemei book, and I'm wondering what took me so long!

Very interesting concept for this fantasy/PNR. Imagine the Bachelor meets Fae/Shifters/magic.

Narration by Victoria Mei, who voiced the funny and snarky Barbie and her darker alter ego, as well as all the other characters.

I didn't listen to book one but will be looking out for the audio so I can get caught up and help me understand the setup. I have no doubt I'll be impatiently waiting for the next installment in audio because this book dropped a bomb and placed out with that cliffhanger!

I'll for sure be devouring this authors backlog on audio!

Better Character Talk

The way the female character talks to the others- "good sir" and corky one liners. It makes the main female cringe worthy to listen to. The book would be great if she talked like a normal adult.
