Story
Roman Martin's life doesn't get any easier once he makes his way back from the Eastern Province. The shadow user named Hazrat is gunning for him, and Margo, the mysterious woman who has the same superpower as Roman, will go to any lengths to end his life prematurely. He still hasn't been approved to be an exemplar, and once he confesses to his teacher what he has been up to over the last week, including destroying an Eastern Province military facility, the odds of Roman ever being a superhero are slim to none.

Steve doesn’t care who he was. He knows more than enough to realize it doesn’t matter at all. Now living in what had once been the Creeplands and maintaining a thriving farm there, they are under constant siege from the Creep itself. It's still better than life in Lamals. And that’s just how it is. After taking over the Citadel, removing Lynn from her place of power, stopping the Creep’s advance, and starting to take over part of the Creeplands, he was certainly making a difference for himself, humans, and men everywhere.

Sebastian Frost was a man with an interesting reputation. He’d killed 12 giants, eight heroes, a duke, and even a prince. But nobody ever talked about any of that. All they talked about was the deviant, disgusting, detestable Herald of Shalia that shamelessly laid with elves. That was because in the strange world based on game mechanics Frost found himself in, laying with elves was somehow treated like laying with animals. Naturally, they weren’t calling him Herald Frost the giant killer....

Warner spent his days like almost anyone else. He got up, went to work, answered phone calls in a call center, went home, spent time with his daughter, and went to sleep. Only to repeat the pattern over and over and over. Life was as mundane as anyone could ever fear it to be. Today was the day that all that would change. On this day, his daughter Maya would be nearly fatally injured, plunging Warner into a world of paranormal creatures, monsters, and magic he’d never known existed. The only consolation is that he discovers he’s not quite human, either.

Sameerixis, or Sam for those who actually know him, isn’t what you’d call normal. He had been a door-to-door salesman of sorts. One who peddled wares, wishes, and whims to anyone willing to pay his prices. Except that life is gone now. His old business model had been modernized. Email, phone contacts, letters, flyers, business cards, and scheduled consultations. Sam was a man trapped in place by his own success. And loving it.

Publisher's Summary
The follow-up to the best-selling House of Dolls turns up the action and suspense and introduces new characters you'll have to hear to believe!
Roman Martin is a normal guy with an incredible superpower who has surrounded himself with an assortment of oddities, from killer animated dolls to deadly spies.
He still has the desire to do something good with his newfound power, but a reformed office worker with a dark past might not have what it takes to become a superhero, especially in Centralia, a privileged country where those with powers are separated from those without.
Even worse, Roman has to keep his superpower a secret, which is increasingly difficult after a bounty has been placed on his head, his workplace is attacked, and someone close to him has turned up missing.
With his past catching up to him, and his future murky at best, Roman heads to the Eastern Province alongside the Eastern spy known as Nadine, both of them looking into the disappearance of an entire class of people.
What Roman discovers could send shock waves through all of Centralia, if he makes it out alive.
Warning: House of Dolls 2 contains a harem, toxic cat girls, superpowers used in ways they weren’t intended to be used, cosplay, fantasy violence, necromancy, dark themes, and other trigger-worthy adult situations. It was inspired by Office Space, the anime High School DxD, Drew Hayes’ Super Powereds, and The Americans.
Contains mature themes.

Even more amazing awesomeness.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I love the way Cooper portrays these characters. The mc seems to care more for his dolls then his own well being which is completely believable in the way he is written. I wonder how this will effect his next one and how this progresses in the future. Thank you for this story and u can't wait for the next one.

ok well im done
everything that I found annoying about this guy in the first book is worse here he is genuinely a terrible person. his I'm so tortured and flawed please love me bullshit is exhausting honestly I think that if you took him out of the book and make Nadia the main character it would be a huge Improvement apart from that you have fun Powers cool villains and once again good action I just wish that Harmon Cooper would get out of his own way and stop giving us these shity protagonist also I really genuinely hate his whole I'm going to take a thing and you call it a different thing to see more original other than that it's okay

Doll-Dastic Adventures
It's Audio 2 and after out revelations in Book 1 this is even better yet as Roman comes to grips with his powers and faces some choices he isn't too sure about. As he investigate everything happening he knows one think he is going to need lot more help and a lot more control of his powers. This was an exciting jump in Centralia life with a great mix of adventure, thrills and of course some humour. Narration from Hellegers was very good and suits this story down to a "T". Hopefully audio 3 isn't too far away as this was something i made sure to do in 1 sitting and I would find i again.
