Excellent storytelling, great characters

I enjoyed the story, the world she has created, and the characters. The “reality” she created is imaginative and interesting. Relationships are key to the story. Great fantasy!
The narrator seems to understand the characters and narrative and uses her voice well to tell the story. I had read the book before, and I found her rendering to be both effective and faithful to the story.

Nice series

This novel has interesting characters and world building. It is interesting but not a great fit for heavy reading. This may be a better marketed for teens and young adults. Not bad but not very deep.

Jenny Schwartz Fan!

I am really enjoying Jenny Schwartz’s Uncertain Sanctuary series. Tess Irondale did a wonderful telling this story. I am excited to listen to book 3 in the series. If you are a fan of women, sci-fi authors with unique approaches this is a great listen for you. If you are looking for a family friendly series, this is a great option as well.

Wow! How illuminating and interesting! I had no idea this sorcerers tale would take this exciting turn! Well deserving and exciting at every turn! Well written and told in such a manner I was transported to each place as the tale went on!
