Publisher's Summary

Maggie Flynn has always been a good girl. She leads a simple life and believes in helping others. Under normal circumstances, she would never even consider performing the dance of the seven veils at a bachelor party. But when her best friend begs for help and waves the promise of much-needed cash in her face, Maggie reluctantly agrees to step outside of her comfort zone and relax her lofty standards a little.

Most doctors don't make house calls anymore, including Michael Callaghan. But he's willing to make an exception when the pretty redhead with the jewel-like green eyes takes a header off the stage at his brother's bachelor party. Something about her piques his masculine interest, and it's not just her dancing. Lightning hits the Callaghan clan a third time when Michael and Maggie find themselves snowbound during a classic nor'easter, but their bond is soon tested when Michael is forced to choose between following his finely-honed instincts and respecting Maggie's wishes. It's a hell of a choice. Either way, he could lose her forever.

Contains mature themes.

Loved it!!!!!!!!☺☺☺☺☺

I really enjoyed this book would recommend it. I've got 9 kids 27 horses, 246 Goats, 5 dogs, 2 hundred pound turtles and two bottle Fed kittens. That being said I don't often have time to listen to a book from start to finish lol I did this one. Can't say it was fun keeping the Goats from eating my kindle why I was milking or trying keep from dropping it why tossing hay to the horse's and goats lol but I found the way couldn't put it down. I think that is enough said lol

Another Wonderful Story!

When Maggie agrees to do something far beyond her comfort zone little does she know it may be the best decision of her life. Michael is immediately attracted to the sweet little dancer who takes a header off the stage of his brother’s bar and needs his assistance. They are storm stayed together and develop a bond that changes everything for them both. However one decision could shatter it all. This was another wonderful story with all the Callaghan brothers and their family dynamics. Aiden Snow continues to do an amazing job of narrating.

Good story!

This third audiobook in this series was quite entertaining and well written. I liked the storyline and the characters. The whole property thing was a little confusing at the last part of the book, but it was only a small part of the book. Narration was excellent. I hope the other brothers get books also, especially Kane.

Really?

Three books in & no improvement on the women or the parents of the women. Maggie s' parents ran off & left her with her grandparents after one of her many hospital trips (they couldn't deal). She was 5 years old! Another stellar parental job..This gave her an aversion to hospitals & doctors in general?! Now who does she meet & fall in love with: A DOCTOR! Predictable. After much ado about nothing, all is well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐1/2

I had one issue with this story. Maggie at points seemed to be completely unreasonable. a few eye rolling moments but otherwise loves the book.

Re-listened. This is the story of Michael, doctor, and Maggie, naturopath and gardener. Spoilers!! Still love but this time through it really made me mad that she stopped talking to him for months because he medically treated her against her will. That saved her life, just stupid and ungrateful. Love the ending when the whole town rallies around her to save her land. One of the less exciting of the great Callaghan books.

What's with the stupid heroines?

CAUTION: MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS.

I listened to the first 2 books in this series and I'm so in love with the Callahan family. Not liking the women so much. So far, Maggie is the worst. This is Michael's story. He's the doctor in the family. Maggie is a woman who is afraid of "modern" medicine (ironic right?!) . She ignores symptoms of a health issue and is admitted to the hospital. She dumps Michael because he "took her choice away" when she needed treatment. Hello, stupid female, you would have died. I almost stopped listening at that point but I wanted more Callahans.

A few more things happened that had me wanting to smack her. Micheal did not deserve her but he stuck by her.

Overall, an o.k. listen. I will continue the series since I want to hear about the rest of the brothers and it's free. Otherwise, I would give up on it.

Alpha and Insta-Love <3

House calls is the third Callaghan brother story. It is alpha and insta-love, which I loved. I loved Michael but definitely wish Maggie was a bit (or a lot) less stubborn.

“...he had found his croie. His heart. His perfect woman. His soul mate.”

I listened on audiobook and enjoyed the experience. I can’t wait to listen to more books in this series.

Selfish Heroine

This was hard to listen to.  Maggie IMO is the worst kind of woman.  I have no respect for any woman who does not put the health and safety of their unborn baby over any fears they may have.  I don't see how Michael, as a doctor, could even stand to be around this self centered bi...  I hope the rest of the books don't have these weak women.  Glad it was in the Romance Package and I didn't waste a credit on it.

Awesome story

Fantastic Story, so worth reading.
I was pulled into the story from the get go, as normal I was watching my little mini movie play out in my head, all the way to the end of the book.
There are surprises rife through this story, some large, some small, some you may see coming other you won't, but they all aide in making the book the fantastic read that it is.
I went on a slight emotional rollercoaster ride with this book, every emotion that the characters went through, I went through along with them, I think I cried a little bit more than the characters did though, so warning tissues might be required if you are anything like me.
I am loving this series, it doesn't matter how many times I read or listen to it, I laugh at the same parts, I get annoyed at the same parts, or frustrated and I cry at the same parts, the only difference is i know it is coming and have the tissues in my hand ready.
Abbie Zanders has penned one fantastic book, well worth the 5 stars I have given her it, just a shame I can't give it more.
I wish I had a dr like Michael, mind if I did I would be looking for every excuse under the sun to go see him, I would probably get into trouble for stalking lol.

Oh yes to House Calls

Aiden Snow is a great narrator , makes listening a joy.

We meet Micheal a caring loyal doctor , who also is a very strong alpha male. Micheal meets Maggie who is a strong Irish female.
I was hooked , Great paced, hot sexy scenes.
