Publisher's Summary

Saddle up for another wild ride with the Four Horsemen.

Ex-Marine Daisy Weston is going undercover, by uncovering it all. Every night the pretty blonde wraps herself around a pole in a club owned by the Raptors MC - the club involved in her sister's disappearance. One lap dance at a time, Daisy gets closer to discovering Rose's whereabouts. She intends to free Rose, no matter who she has to do. There's just one big, muscular obstacle in her way - a handsome biker named Cowboy who won't leave her the hell alone. And what's worse, she's not sure she wants him to.

Former rodeo star Cowboy poses as a customer in the strip club for The Four Horsemen MC. He and his brothers despise the Raptors for running drugs and women, and they'll go to any lengths to bring the Raptors down. But when Cowboy's search for intel puts him up close and real personal with Daisy, he realizes she's no ordinary stripper. This stripper is on a mission - one that might end her life, unless he can keep her alive. He lays down the MC law - either she works with him, or she doesn't work at the club at all. Things get even more complicated when he finds himself falling for the sexy, feisty ex-Marine. Putting her in harm's way every night is more and more difficult, but it's too late to stop. They have to rescue Rose before the Raptors discover who they really are.

My Two Pennies

This was a good book. Daisy is an ex-Marine and a strong independent woman you throw Cowboy and the Four Horseman MC into the mix and wow, together they try and find out where Daisy's sister Rose is. I do love how we get to head back into the MC club and still learn what goes on with the rest of the group as well. I loved hearing what's become of Pinky and the rest of the group. The story did take a slightly unexpected turn and it was great. I love the twists here and there, holds my interest. Would highly suggest reading this series. I myself am heading onto book 3 next. This is my voluntary and unbiased review.

Oh mah gawd.

Yeah, it's getting hot up in here. Another incredible work by Cynthia Rayne, and Kai & Wen bring it to life in a BIG way. Mercy. Hot, steamy. Oh. Hell. Yes.

Mc romance. 3POV. HEA. Can be standalone.

This is a “hot damn” biker romance. There is a strong heroine. Narration is good. It can be listened as a standalone but there one book previous to this one.

Hot!

What an amazing story! Cowboy is his name and Daisy was hard to tame! She was a marine thru and thru and stubborn to boot. Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross were perfect narrators for this one. Their chemistry together comes out in their voices. They will keep your earbuds hot!

Better Than The First Book

This one is better than the first book, and had many good points, but there's just something... lacking. I can't exactly pinpoint what it is, but there were too many holes in the plot, inconsistent characterizations, and coincidences.

Loved the narration, and I did feel compelled to finish the book, but I'm not sure I'll keep pushing through the series.

Better than book one!

This book is so much better than book one, in several ways. First, the sound production is 100% better; no humming, echos or anything else. Second, the narrating team has started working together, so much better. Their dialogues actually sound like true conversations, now. It’s really cool to have this type of narration. Next, the storyline is so much more complex and interesting and so are the characters and the H/h relationship. Their relationship actually builds over time.

The one thing that I wish could have been better, is the lack of emotional attachment that the author develops for the characters. I think if there had been flashbacks or something that would have allowed the reader to experience the trauma that Cowboy experienced, in his past. The reader/listener would have been drawn into the story more and also would have been more empathetic about Cowboy’s pain. It would have made the graveyard visit have more of an emotional impact.
That being said, book two is so much better than book one that I’m eager to continue to book three.
